Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors. You will be notified immediately if your order is cancelled.

Sales Policy

Cancellation & Returns

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@metalhell.com with your order number.

You must return the items within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exceptions: Personalised or custom-made items (e.g. Build Your Own Merch) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on MetalHell, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of MetalHell GmbH or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

MetalHell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
